At Grace House Consulting Ltd (“Grace House”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-value, faith-based coaching, mentorship, and training programs for kingdom entrepreneurs. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a refund for any of our paid Services.

1. General Refund Terms

By purchasing any of our Services, including online courses, programs, mentorship sessions, or event registrations, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Live Programs or Courses (Not Yet Started): If you request a refund at least 48 hours before the official start date of a live course or mentorship program, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.

  • Self-Paced Online Courses: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course has been accessed or downloaded.

  • Coaching Sessions or One-on-One Mentorships: Refunds will not be issued for missed or completed sessions. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Workshops or Events: Refunds may be granted if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the event. No refunds will be given for no-shows or cancellations within 5 days of the event.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Completed or accessed courses

  • Digital downloads or used materials

  • Subscription plans or memberships once activated

  • Discounted or promotional offers

  • Refund requests made outside the specified eligibility periods

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases such as duplicate charges or system errors, please contact us immediately at info@gracehouseconsulting.com. We will review the issue and respond within 7 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@gracehouseconsulting.com with the following information:

  • Full name and email address used during registration

  • Name of the service or course purchased

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
